What happened in August?
There was combined worship together up north on Goose Chase Lane under the big tent in the “field of dreams.” Daniel was delighted to meet and connect with Fabi and Christine Gerhard before worship.
Later two tents were set up outside of My Father’s House of Prayer for All Nations in Spokane for two nights of outdoor worship and prayer. Pastor Donnie Johnson from a congregation a block away welcomed us with warm hospitality to use their parking lot for overflow. It was good to meet and get to know each other.

Holy Spirit continues to be very active. He has focused my attention on Ekklesia more than ever since I met Jeff Vancil early July. Jeff read two books on the subject and studied much on his own. What he shared with me fired me up to know more. I want to be better able to participate with others to “destroy the works of the devil” as Jesus did and to experience more fully our Father’s will being done in Spokane like it is in heaven. To that end, the members of our Free Indeed Ministries team are studying a book that Holy Spirit highlighted.
Answered Prayers for August 2021

The primary request for August was…
August 31-September 1 – A Cascadia Gathering of regional leaders at Horizon Church in downtown Seattle WA. A number were hindered from attending, leaving twelve of us to meet, worship, pray, listen, share, eat, decree and be led by the Lord through our two days. Twelve is the number of government and the Lord did lead us where he wanted us to go both days. We were able to sit around in a small circle of chairs informally rather than at tables. Worship in His presence was primary during every session. On Tuesday afternoon-evening, we joyfully reconnected with Pastor Daniel Heck and met two other Horizon pastors and a spouse. The excellent conversation continued through the dinner hour. During evening worship/sharing, the Lord downloaded what he wanted us to do. Something like, “Call back into service the ancient ones that kept Seattle in good order so that they can do that again now.” Wednesday morning, we were led to move from the circle in the back of the sanctuary to the platform at the front where Holy Spirit instructed,“Take off your shoes. This is holy ground.” It was a very special time indeed. After lunch we asked questions of Pastor Daniel and heard his good answers. By mid afternoon, we were satisfied that we had done everything for which the Lord had called us together and were able to head for our homes rejoicing.
