Dear Free Indeed Intercessors,

It has been a long time since Robby and I both had Covid in mid-October and I had AFIB in November. We are well now, thankful, joyful and full of hope as we keep our eyes looking up at our Lord Jesus Christ. With more ability to travel, our ministry schedule has been full.

Answered Prayers for December 2021, January-February 2022

Answers in italics.

Sunday-Wednesday, December 26-29, 2021 – Robby and Daniel visit with Carol and Garth in Seattle and enjoy some renewal time as well. We made it safely over Snoqualmie Pass and around Seattle in the snow. Robby had good visits with her Mom, Carol. We both had a good visit and prayer time with her before we came home. Our renewal time at the B&B was good.

Robby Grether and her beloved cat, Tucker

Sadly, we came home to find that our much loved kitty, Tucker, had died while we were away. What caused his death is still a mystery. Robby particularly was hit hard by this loss.

Then in early January, our dear friend and neighbor and Free Indeed supporter, John Johnson, died one Monday morning. His widow, Ginny Johnson, Robby’s dear friend, was discovered to have brain tumors before Monday night was over. She had surgery within days, followed by and extensive course of radiation.

John and Daniel got together most Friday afternoons for years. Most recently we had been reading through the New Testament in The Passion Translation. We were both inspired as we read it out loud together. John was reading quickly as if hoping to get though the New Testament before meeting the Lord face-to-face. I was certainly convinced that John was ready to meet the Lord. And I was privileged to give testimony to the Lord Jesus Christ along with an invitation to receive him as Lord at John’s home going service.

Tuesday-Thursday morning, January 11-13, 2022 – Another gathering of the Ekklesia at a Cascadia Gathering in Vantage WA. Our times of worship lifted us to heaven, the relationship building was so good, the Spirit-led intercession was specific and powerfully effective, personal ministry precious, table fellowship rich.

Friday, January 14, 2022 – Our Free Indeed Ministries International team’s annual board meeting. President Daniel Grether stated, “The highlight of 2021 for me was the rediscovery of the ’Ekklesia’ (governing body) of the Lord Jesus.” Our team enjoyed another very positive meeting on February 18th.

Saturday, January 22, 2022 – a live meeting of the Washington Kingdom Alliance, 10:30am, in Federal Way. Paul Heinrich graciously hosted the four of us from Spokane in his home Friday night. It was wonderful to be at Living Waters Apostolic Center in Federal Way with Pastor-Apostle Israel Kim for worship, prayer and a meal together. “WAKA” met again live in federal Way on 2/26, but we Spokanites attended by Zoom, What powerful prayer, worship in his presence and strength in the Ekklesia as we gather.

Monday-Wednesday, January 24-26, 2022 – a Spokane Regional Leaders Prayer Summit will be held at Ross Point Camp in Post Falls. The Prayer Summit was well led, full of prayer and the presence of the Lord from the first day. The number of attendees doubled the second day with those that came only on Tuesday for special prayer sessions. The smaller group happily reconvened and concluded on Wednesday.

Sunday-Friday, February 6-11, Daniel and Robby will be at a Table 71 meeting hosted by the YWAM University of the Nations in Kona, Hawaii. In preparing to go to the Table 71 meeting in Hawaii, there were many moments when it seemed it might not actually happen due to the strict regulations imposed by the State of Hawaii. With assistance from God, we made it to Hawaii. Table 71 began by celebrating its 21 years of service. Then we moved on to focus on a deeper kingdom strategy which includes new and younger leaders from around the world. By the end of the fourth day, it was clear that Holy Spirit had been active and taken us major steps forward.

Prayer Requests for March 2022

Please join in praying for the next month of life and ministry:

During our Table 71 meeting, Holy Spirit convicted me of not praying in and discovering how we can partner with the Lord on two visions he gave.

One was several years ago, during worship at a gathering of prayer leaders. I “saw” fathering mantles coming down from heaven, brought by angels. I believe I was seeing how our Father in heaven is “re-fathering” fatherless Planet Earth.

The other was more recent. I “saw” Ekklesia circles flying out in all directions all over the Earth. They will have the God-given ability do God’s transforming will, “as in heaven, so on Earth.”

Please focus your prayers on these two areas of our calling.

Your prayers have carried us though thick and thin. We are deeply grateful for everyone who prays for us, stand with us, help support this ministry and so much more.

Yours and Christ’s for the Acts 1:8 ministry in Spokane, the Inland Northwest, Cascadia and the ends of the earth.
